Staff Services Fundamentals

Staff Services Fundamentals is a basic level, virtual and instructor-led course that is designed to inform participants how to successfully complete Staff Services tasks on a disaster operation and provide anticipatory customer service and support to assigned disaster workers. The primary focus of this course is directed toward regional staff but also provides the tools to support a larger disaster operation.
